The next installment of the 2020 Racer Recap series is the 2.2 Mini Monster Class Champion Chris Prestwood! Prestwood dominated the class going undefeated in four rounds of racing and was always near the top in freestyle scores with his signature red “SBC Monster”. In addition, Prestwood finished the season on a high note in the Monster Truck Class, taking the Round 5 racing win and the Overall Event title finishing 4th in the season points standings with his “Ride or Die” entry. What was your biggest accomplishment this season?
Winning the 2.2 class and having a strong presence in the MT class this year.
What are you looking to improve on for next season?
I want to improve on filling the clock in freestyle, or at least try and fill the clock halfway before I go all out.
What were your thought on the 2020 Points Series?
It’s definitely picking up speed as well as interest. Events are going smoother with every race.
What do you plan on running next year?
I don’t plan on doing much running next year more just standing in place lol. I’m still going to enter in the 2.2 and 2.6 class.
