What got you into RC monster trucks?
I grew up loving full-sized monster trucks and always wanted more of a “scale” experience in RC’s. Once I found out about the SMT10 I was sold. It has snowballed since then.
What was your biggest accomplishment this season?
My biggest accomplishment this year would have to be………..Being the first to beat Wes this year in a race, and winning “Most Improved” driver in the Monster Truck class.
Who was your toughest competition?
My toughest competitor this year was Jacob Smallwood, I don’t know how many times we faced off, but it seemed like it was a lot, he won, almost every time. He did also give me my first win though.
What are you looking to improve next season?
I’m looking to improve my consistency, and getting rid of this case of Whiskey Throttle.
What are your thoughts on how the points series went this year?
This year’s points series was my first experience of its’ kind, I didn’t know what to expect but I was blown away at how fun the all the events were. The Points keeps things interesting and competitive.
What are you planning to run next season?
Next year I will Continue to run my BlackMarket RC Racehorse “Son Uva Digger” truck, it will be accompanied by a brand new BlackMarket RC BRD chassis which has yet to be named. Both of those trucks will be running in the 2.6 MT class. I will also be running a SCMT Warpath 2.0 in the 2.2 class.
