Put the finishing touches on those builds, it’s time to go racing! The 2021 JConcepts Points Series Round 1 presented by Bee Line Trucking is just around the corner and this is the place to find all of the event information you will need. We encourage all racers to review the class and the racing rules as there have been some changes and clarifications from last year.
The one major difference will be having trucks tech inspected prior to registering for the first event. All trucks must get tech inspected and signed off in order to register to race. In particular, all retro trucks will have to meet the minimum weight of 9 lbs. and all LMT-based trucks must have the center diff spooled. All trucks must meet chassis requirements and be running safe 2S or 3S lipo batteries. Tech inspections and registration will open at 10:30 AM and close at noon.
This season we will have a screen displaying the race brackets in real time from the bracket app which will also be posted on the Facebook page to follow the action as it happens.

Where: AMain Silver Dollar Raceway- 101 Silver Dollar Way, Chico
When: Saturday, May 8th.
Cost: MT and 2.2 class registration costs are $15 for the first entry and $10 for the second in the class. All retro trucks are $10. You will receive a raffle ticket with each entry and can purchase additional raffle tickets in sets of 3 for $5. This will also be your final opportunity to save money if you plan to attend all of the 2021 Points Series and purchase a season pass. Those who have already purchased a season pass will need to sign the one-time waiver and get their raffle tickets at the registration desk.
Face masks are not required for this event. Additionally, there will be a food truck available in the late afternoon serving tacos as well as snacks and drinks.
