This week’s Racer Recap features Ray Johnson who joined the Points Series in 2021 along with his grandson Ryler after watching one of our Chico races in 2020. In the offseason, he built an SMT10 and had his granddaughter paint his “Toxic Peach” truck to campaign. After a full year, he’s been bitten by the bug and plans to expand his fleet. Here are his thoughts on his rookie season and plans for 2022.

Staying with the 2.6 size at this time, have a 2nd truck coming on line
